Fabric processing plays a vital role in lingerie manufacturing. It affects underwear quality, functionality, and cost-efficiency. It involves treatments like fabric inspection, loosening, laying, and cutting. Efficient processing reduces waste and production costs while meeting diverse needs.
1 Fabric Inspection & 2 Fabric Loosening
We’ll check the condition of the fabric to see if there is any defect on it. After that, the fabric will be loosened for cutting. Generally speaking, the loosening will take 1 to 2 days.
3 Fabric Laying
After the loosening is finished, the fabric will be laid on the cutting table, waiting for the cutting process to begin.
4 Cutting
The staff of our underwear factory are cutting fabric. We attach great importance to the minimal detail as we believe it matters.

Packaging & Delivery
Before packing, the lingerie underwear products will undergo a random inspection to ensure the pass rate before the final delivery.
